UCMD MISSION: What makes us awesome
Our goals are simple. Helping you find your best self! We pride ourselves on pairing all students with the right teachers, and programs. We know how to tap into full potential. What makes this happen is our amazing family. A team of not only experts in the arts, but individuals who have infinite passion for education. At UCMD students find their inner voice, passion, and connect with peers on a deeper level. We guide our students to be goal oriented and show them the discipline and hard work needed to attain their dreams. Success is a mindset- at UCMD all student get the right tools to tune into that outlook.
We are much more than a music and dance studio. We make space for your child to find their own way, we do this by bringing in 4 key elements to our programming (See below).

About the director
MY NAME IS MADAY
UCMD holds an incredibly special place in my heart. As a former student and teacher- I now serve the community as the owner and director of a place that has changed the lives of so many. When I was growing up, the daughter of two cuban immigrants, I didn’t have the opportunity to belong to a community of likeminded individuals who cared about my growth and success. UCMD is a place to call home. A place where everyone belongs, and where students can take risks, try new things, step out of their comfort zone and find their voice.
